All they have to do to fix deep dungeon is add the classic "choose one of three upgrades" mechanic to the end of each set of floors. They're too fucking lazy to even do that though, so we will get EO 2.0 and it will leave the game mortally wounded once it's piled on top of all the other Dawntrail disappointments
