I feel like some people genuinely like Astro at least. Plus Team Asobi seem like chill guys. Littlebigplanet though got pushed hard under a "family friendly Nintendo competitor" corporate mandate. I think Sackboy was clearly more forced. And then discarded completely when Sony was done with it.
Regardless Horizon is far more forced than either imo. The most forced gaming franchise in history by a huge margin.
