You normally can't get through a full event until you've been playing for a little while. Really sucks for people who start playing for a specific event (probably not the case here, you look like you've been playing since a little bit before they announced this event). They should announce collabs a month ahead of time/

Anyway, level up by playing T4 over and over again until you can beat T5. Should take you a couple of days. You'll still have plenty of time to play the material gathering stages.
