Ukrainian Warriors from the Tymur Special Unit of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine thwarted a Russian advance in Sumy region. During the operation, our Defenders managed to infiltrate behind enemy lines, clear out Russian positions, and establish a foothold.
The Russian advance has been halted, and the supply of food and ammunition to their military group has been disrupted.
According to intercepted radio communications, Russian soldiers refused to storm positions within the responsibility zone of the Tymur Special Unit, making up excuses to avoid the assault.
Total Russian losses: at least 334 killed and over 550 wounded.
