It's GREAT for cleaning up scanned images or editing memes and shit, has some cool filters.

It's terrible for drawing.

Krita is for drawing and painting, and generally lacks all these features. You use them in tandem. Like how making a robust mini-spreadsheet out of tables in Word is ass, so you just use Excel and then import it into the document.

The "everything in 1 program" mentality is a recentism.
