I do think Kimi to Idol is a solid season in general, but a big factor on how its perceived in the future may depend on how the show deals with the triangle relationship between Uta, Purirun, and Meroron. I'm having an absolute blast so far, but I can see that aspect of the show being controversial when all is said and done. I don't think the show will screw it up, but I can see people who already hate Meroron not changing their mind no matter what the show does.
