That would be interesting but WISE has proven time and again that they're incompetent. Even Nightfall's hatred of Yor comes from a place of not being the one Twilight is falling for rather than Yor being a threat for being capable of messing him up that badly.
Garden is leagues ahead of them as an organization on that front.
