They pretty much can't lose because all they have to do is stay alive and the opposition isn't willing to bring an invasion army.
There is nothing stopping them from just holing up their entire government and military apparatus in the mountains and ignoring the entire war.
Israel's win condition was the Iranian government commiting suicide due to the shock of the first two or three days of bombardment. That didn't happen and now it's effectively over.
