I have my license but I dont have a car so i rarely drive.Today I was driving my friends car(cuz his glasses broke) to the store. We come to a red light and the car across from me is an electric car with its headlights on. I have a stigmatism which makes light sources like beam out and can be pretty vision impairing at night and like the strength of the light makes it worse. It's fucking broad daylight the light from the sun reflecting off his car isnt as bright as his cars headlights. Why? I like seeing when i drive. I could still see then cuz the sun was out but if I passed that guy at night I'm blind.. like completely I can't see anything outside the car. When it happens I just slow down and try to stay straight until they pass. Why Is it allowed atleast when a giant truck is up my ass blasting the horn for only going 20 over the speed limit there's is still legal consequences for driving over top of me but if i crash cause I'm blind because of someone elses car legally speaking its just my fault.
