Doom64 is the real Doom 3.
Doom "3" is hot fucking garbage. I'm playing through it for the first time and it feels like I'm in the libtard schizophrenic id of carmack that's trying to be 2spook shadowtech but you're a one man army constantly hearing retards yap at you??
F.E.A.R. did the spook infinitely better only a year later and HL2 goes without saying. The HELL level is literally busted, the minigun doesn't work at all, it fails to make anything scary "oh its HELL guys HELL would take your GUNS away cause that SUCKS and so does HELL" and honestly the BFG edition fundamentally breaks the game since you can shine God's Light on anything that could even be spooky.
Maybe if a mod changes all the imps to Freddy Fazbear then it'd be passable but as is, fucking dogshit and anyone who is a fan of this is blinded by nostalgia for the og exbawks days.
