I'm going to have to agree with this, it wouldn't surprise me if the junk we found around chapter 4 shows up in Ralsei's room and is discarded in future chapters as he starts to develop his taste.
It needs to be his own space. He needs to develop it himself, no matter what it is. Even if it's just a few things, it's a start. Anything he puts in there himself would be beautiful to see.
It's how it is in real life. When you go so long convinced you're not even a real person, without anyone to see you as someone or something with feelings, the process of rebuilding yourself is very, very slow.
