they literally can't due to Microsoft's retarded policy of bringing on a set amount of contractors to every project and then rotating them out for a year every few months just to avoid paying them full-time wages. how the fuck can you be expected to make a game when the people you're supposed to be making with it suddenly vanish and are replaced by random motherfuckers who have no idea what the fuck is happening every 4 months?
