pale skin itself only means low melanin as an environmental adaptation. likewise, there are very intelligent dark people. race (specie) is determined by what Gods created something, and some factions have been consistently active on earth, whereas the Vedic Gods suddenly dipped out for this cycle, despite being really active during previous cycles.
some media like picrel are made by confused cavemen thrust into a world made by literal actual genuine space aliens, beyond their comprehension or capabilities. notice how tiny the ape's head is in this illustration. he can't even invent the doors or windows, he can only copy what he's been taught. like the clothes he wears. fun fact, the native british were found naked, wearing only body paint and nothing else, they didn't fish, and they raised their children communally. they had no household like we blindly assume with our first world notions. these are just animals living in a muddy commune. it's been noted that the Beatles (a bit psyop, also the Beach Boys were vastly superior) could only make simplistic, easy little riffs on par with sesame street. a regular 1st world joe schmoe with a guitar could bang out something far more complex and advanced than beatles jingles.
