poutine is weird enough as is and meme curry is pretty much just like gravy but a little thicker. i didn't have any cheese curds but i'm sure that would be good with it too. i just used that golden curry mix but i sauteed some minced garlic in the pan first because i had some extra garlic cloves that i wanted to use up. also i put a couple of squirts of sriracha in it to jazz it up. it was bomb
