And whilst I'm here (and talking to someone who seems genuinely interested lol), there's also the matter of SEEDS.

When a Gigerian dies, their body essentially dissolves into a single concentrated area (typically where a heart would be), and after a day all that is left is a football sized egg-shaped object known as a "seed" due to it's shape.
No-one is sure WHY Gigerians turn into seeds when they die, nor are they sure why Gigerians don't seem to die naturally. But here's what IS known.

>Seeds are solid objects
>They are incredibly tough and are not easily damaged
>Attempts to X-Ray Seeds have resulted in the same outcome every single time: they are solid all the way through
>A few seeds have been successfully cut in half using a diamond-edged saw, but researchers discovered that the Seed remains as solid inside as it does on their scans.
>The inside of these Seeds have no components of an actual seed: just the same solid stony material as their "shell".
>A seed was reported to have "slightly shaken" once, with the researchers claiming a faint rumbling sound from inside occurred. Since that event, said seed has never moved or made sound ever again, and no other instances of a Seed has been observed to do so.
>Left To Right: Hansia Seed, Luciferoan Seed, Azuri Seed

Which then begs the question as to what their purpose actually is. Another Gigerian mystery that puzzles even the Gigerians themselves. It's another plot point I don't want to spoil publicly, but I'm hoping that when it DOES get (fully) revealed it'll explain everything.
Anyway, apologies for rambling on.
