Removing 21 is pointless, because no matter who wins you'll have all the 21fags saying that 21 would have beaten it.
If you just want to know the results without 21 just remove it from the results (after picking Ranked Pairs which is the best system) and shift everyone below it up by one rank, in this case 19-15-16-18-17.
