I haven't seen much of its story, but I did find its setting and the various locations contained in it fascinating, yeah. Just like Xenoblade X, its graphics are incredible.

Yeah, the characters are really fun and anime-like, and the whole world is great, but a lot of stuff didn't make sense. Finding out that core crystals kill those who touch them, watching someone get mercy killed to avoid the suffering, families begging relatives to not touch the crystal because there's other ways to make money before they attempt it...and then they reveal it just causes intense but short-lived pain, and nobody really dies as a result. One character says it just caused a nosebleed. That kind of thing is where its writing fails decisively.
