Give standards the ability to split their single ton bins between two ammo types.
Make all ammo types TW level.
Give them the ability to shoot rapidly.
Increase their versatility by letting them have special ammo to slap down missile flights, using some modification of the old AMS ammo depletion rules.
Now AC2s and their deep bins have a role in keeping LRM boats honest and using special ammo out of AC5s becomes more practical.
