Gonna be honest with you, bro, and I say this with full sincerity: you need to get over her. Yeah, I get it, she still has your heart locked up, but she absolutely does not give a shit about you and has likely moved on, or maybe was a disappointing person and would have inflicted even worse psychic damage on you. Dating sucks. It really fucking does, especially in a modern setting because of how much bullshit has affected it. But honestly? Not expecting much is kind of a good thing. Desperation drives people away so hard and it just causes a negative feedback loop.
But you do need to let this one go in some capacity. It will be tough, and it may take a while to fully do so, but I promise you as cliche as it sounds, she's not worth further fucking up your own mental health because she's certainly nowhere in the same boat as you and is not worth even thinking about. Leave her in the gutter.
