For the past few months I get in a mood where I just don't want to do anything. I hate working, I don't want to read or watch movies, I hate music. All I want to do is some quick dopamine fix and not much else. I don't want to exert effort into anything. I'm not suicidal or hopeless, I just don't feel zest for life, I simply take up space.

What the hell is wrong with me? Is this what being an adult is?
