This is a really bad idea. Fewer valid pairs will just make everything take way longer, leaving more drivers stuck with nothing to do or forced to take jobs further away. Giving people this option and telling them about it means far more would take it than really need it, and it's kind of a setup to a PR punchline when they have to remove this feature. Also... groups? Drivers are going to freak out when only the host is female, or only presents as female on the app.
