Don't know about the Rose Bowl specifically, but it's unironically the parking.

MetLife, home of the 2026 WC final, looks like this. There's no public transportation access to the stadiums, or it's nowhere near as good as Europe.

Also, no reason to get to the stadium so early. You can tailgate, pregame, etc. Missing out on up to 30 mins of the first half is worth it for that
