If Russia is only incentivized to protect its fallen dictator buddies (Yanukovich included) in order to reassure its CURRENT dictator friends, then if they were to ever reach a point where they'd collected ALL the dictator allies in Moscow, would they then just decide to sell them out to the west as a bundle?
