beef fat's pretty delicious. IDK if I told you but my last family BBQ at my uncle's house, he rigged up a method for cooking brisket out of a clear restaurant storage container and some plastic bags. I question the wisdom of cooking with plastic, but the end result was melt-in-your-mouth so I can't really complain. the moral of the story is that beef fat is fucking delicious.
