On one hand I wouldn't mind similar announcements in the rest of the world.
On the other it betrays an insane level of desperation, a government suddenly acting this nice towards its working males, or even noticing them, is not normal. It's like they're breaking some kind of unwritten taboo between governments, almost like seeing a jew suddenly willing to part with some shekels, you know what I mean? I think the related propaganda actually buckbroke them and has a real effect on zigger effectiveness and enlistment rates, and they are trying to put the fire out.
