Different leaf: unfortunately, that Coastal brand isn’t available at Canadian Costco (AFAIK), but I find that this Welsh cheddar called Colliers is the best one that is available here, at least according to my preferences. There’s another one from the Isle of Man that’s not bad, but it’s a little closer to generic cheddar than Colliers. On the other hand, I find the Kerrygold Dubliner kind of gross; it’s a new type of cheese meant to be somewhere between cheddar and Parmesan, but I find it just tastes a bit like pukey cheddar, i.e. not two flavour profiles that work well together.
