Living in a 3rd world country is truly hell. Only good jobs are few multinational western corporations that pay you 5/hr or a govt job via connections. If you are not lucky enough to get such a job then you might carry on your family business or be a low paid laborer where jobs are scarce due to competition. Social mobility is impossible since schools are underfunded and any sense of public institutions are limited.


There are billions of people like this that survive on a few dollars or western donor aid.

Watching post apocalyptic dystopian movies and half people look like models with flawless skin. If society actually collapsed a modern day 4/10 would drive Roaming warlords to kill one another over her.

i worked at the airport during crowdstrike incident and it showed me how actually vulnerable modern society is. No one knew what to do and had any idea what was going on. Imagine if whole internet was shutdown simultaneously Imagine chaos then it would get apocalyptic. GPS, white collar jobs, money transfers, schools, hospitals, banks and security would be all down. Society would come to a halt

Why doesnt US just offer path to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants if they join army and serve for 5 years. There is nearly 40 million of them in US you could use 5 million to Zerg rush iran without having any actual Americans dying.
