Their stance on jews was the only thing which remained constant during their 12 year reign. It was pretty much the foundation of their very ideology around which the remaining parts set in to build on top of the idea of the struggle between two ideas (the Aryan Völkerstaat and the supposedly Jewish Bolsheviks), similar to how Nietzsche explained the metaphysical war in "Thus Spoke Zarathustra".
