So is Surtalogi the strongest sinner? He has a decent amount of buildup and the other ones seem kinda ass: Rerir seems like a loser who hangs around his old high school, Rhinedottir is Phanes' dog, Vedrfolnir is probably a dindu who just wants to overthrow Celestia, and we know nothing about Hroptatyr (watch him be Pierro) while Surtalogi is out conquering the universe
