Are you putting her on a pedestal? I get the feeling that you're overthinking things (judging yourself a bit) and she is turned off by that. Like your confidence was fake and she could sense it. Not sure if this is romantic or professional, but if you would be more comfortable in yourself (and therefore actually confident and not just faking it) she'd like you more. Also, she's just a person. Take her off the pedestal and stop trying to please her.
