I feel that from time to time like I can synchronize my heart beat as a slower rhythm and it will resonate with the galaxy setting me in motion to think as my higher self. Exhale out all the air as much as I can even more than I should. Deep hold on the exhale for it feels if I pass out I will go back to the place where I came from. BUT THAT is about 3 more layers above me than where I am now. It's just art right? The 7th angel is God.
