I can see the possibility of the MG Dendrobium having 2 boxes due to the kit being too huge. When it comes to these kind of Gundam/Mobile Armor hybrid, they prefer to release it as a single set instead of main release/DLC. Neo Zeong 2 actually has 2 boxes due to its gigantic size. The original Neo Zeong had a single box but i guess it caused some difficulties in transportation.
