Burst is a weak shield that automatically refreshes itself as long as you spam NA and/or trigger freeze + attack speed buff scaling with HP, up to 40k HP.
Skill is utterly useless outside of energy particle generation.
Worthless self-revive on C6, and an extra +10% attack speed buff.
That's pretty much it.
