That's cool, he is a class act and the magazine was alright. And my frivolous snobbery aside actually getting into the Youtube medium like that sounded like a solid plan, reading more in this thread it sounded like an America's Test Kitchen show but on the burgeoning medium of Youtube, so they could carry some legitimacy into that and be the big dog there. Too bad it imploded from entitled creators.

Yeah when there was that split with Christopher Kimball I wasn't sure how the dynamic would be as before it was everyone basically "teaching" the bossman Chris their recipe and letting him try it, but Julia and Bridget switching off and doing the recipes for eachother is fantastic.

Steven Raichlin's shows are great too.
