Hissabeth only uses 1 AP per turn and Vila can buff both of them now so you can use them together

Its just in testing I found that Marcus is giga strong to the point where it makes more sense to just buff/support Marcus than bring a sub DPS. Damage is not an issue anymore and Hissabeth only really brings damage. If you dont have Mercuria or Argus though, Hissabeth helps Marcus stack her pages though.

Marcus + Vila + 1 plant/spirit/int + literally whoever you want
