finally found a budget deck i can win with at the lowest rank
i should have known it would be control, it's always been my thing (dimir gamer).

the win condition is just running aggro dry until they are top decking, or against RuneBoost just hanging in there until they deck themselves.

fixes would be getting 3x Jeanne/Rodeo/Lapis for the top end, replacing random crap like Maeve and Sacred Griffon.
