I am Indian. I was born and raised in the city of Mumbai, the NYC of India, the financial capital. If ever I or any member of my family get affected by some major disease for which we have to wait for more than a month in queue like a pleb in Canada's socialized healthcare system, we are going back to Mumbai and getting treated by the world-class doctors at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital. They cured my mom's deadly cancer too. It's very easy - you pay enough money, you get the best doctors money can provide.
Unlike socialistic passive-aggressive hellhole called Canada, you don't need to be "polite", say "thank you" and "sorry" a gazillion times, you don't need to be "considerate" and "respectful" of the nurses and doctors and other workers, they get paid to serve you, not the other way. In Canada, you pay your taxes, only to get told to shut up by your servants.
The source of this post is the anger I feel for many family friends who faced life and death situations because of Canada's queue system for non-emergency surgeries - it's much better to travel abroad, get medical procedures done cheaply, then come back - far quicker and cheaper.
