I sort everything by 1st character and check manually. Only characters with 20+clears are annoying to track and I tend to memorize more unique clears well so it's easy to find them later when someone reposts or asks to check. Most anons just post the same file so most dupes aren't a problem.
I also have a simple character count check (subtotal divided by 8) just to be sure I haven't forgot anyone. If a clear has less than 8 characters I just add to subtotal.
