Russian propagandist Solovyev suggests "inviting the Houthis and colleagues from Somalia" to Russia's Kaliningrad region.

"I think it’s a great idea to invite the Houthis to live in the Kaliningrad region. And maybe also invite some colleagues from Somalia. They love fishing and maritime. It’s no coincidence that almost all Somali pirate leaders studied at Russian universities. They’re great at playing battleship.
