Hi, if I may ask one question about the whole VSPO! Festival tickets if anyone here knows. Are foreigners allowed to join the lottery for tickets or do they have to wait until the general sales period opens? It seems weird they are accepting overseas attendees like it's not their first time but there's no information about this at the same time.
