This is actually very interesting win. The bombings don't have to destroy the facilities. It's a show of force. The Iranians now know the US can strike at will. All the US has to do is threaten to strike sites, they will be evacuated, and moved adinfinitum. No work can be done. Everything is constantly being moved and evacuated.
