The ethical thing to do would be to kill and/or not recruit them, since they're bugged. Chapter 15 Percival is especially an unethical/tainted unit. You have the choice to choice to recruit him sooner with worse stats, but FE6 players choose to intentionally delay his recruitment in order to get an unfair, unintended advantage.
