What is the pinay that looks more like a cute mainland asian called?

The wide/fat nose, prominent brow, concave mid-face etc. are all really off-putting to me.

I dated a filipina in high school, allegedly full-blooded even, but she looked more like picrel than a gross brown mutt. What causes this?
