Fuck yeah, it is good to be home! Hope you all have been well over the last 2 weeks. Trying not to melt, I hope. The heat continues to swelter, though thankfully to a degree I am comfortable with.

I dared to do one thing. I dared to be stupid. Holy shit, that Weird AL show was fucking amazing. Got lucky with our seats because our entire row was rowdy Weird Al diehards, we were slapping each other around. The guy himself started the show with Tacky and used the music video's premise to walk into the place! I can't believe I can actually say this but I GOT TO FUCKING HIGH-FIVE WEIRD AL YANKOVIC! I even got pictures of the guy passing by us to go onto the stage! Last thing I ever expected. Show was absolutely amazing, blew my mind by playing Everything You Know Is Wrong live. I only found out last week that it's the first time he's done it! So many fucking classics like Fat, Nirvana, Dare to Be Stupid, Amish Paradise, and one hell of a medley that consisted of maybe 13 songs. Was pleasantly surprised by personal favorites Skipper Dan and Stop Forwarding.
To my regret, there was no Albuquerque. Can't play everything, of course, but it's hard to complain when it was so good and he ended it by blasting his Star Wars songs. Shout outs to the opening act, too. Puddles Pity Party was really funny and dude can sing like crazy.
