It's not a lot though. Asset seizures by the government since 2022 tot up to only a few trillion rubles, which is maybe one trillion rubles per year. And it's not free money either - they seize liabilities too so the net yield is not much.

I'm looking forward to wholesale chunks of Siberia being sold to Chinese developers and mining magnates. That will generate some much needed revenue for the state. I think this might happen regardless of the war's outcome - that is Siberia being sold to China to get cash for the bankrupt Russian state.
