My exercise routine is very basic
Every 3 days I work out and I alternate these two, doing each one for 3 sets to failure. If I can't hit at least 5 reps on a set I decrease the weight by 5lbs. I get at least 15 reps in total per exercise.
Bench Press
Pendlay Row
Squat
Dragon Flags
Lateral raises
Overhead press
Deadlift
Dragon Flags
Lateral raises
And on rest days I walk around 10km. I used to try to get more than that but I got blisters on my feet so I dialed it back.
