You need the LoRA to reliably get the OoT variant young Zelda, and I would recommend one for Saria as well. If a character does not have unique and differentiable tags for the variant you want baked in the model, then the model will probably just take the average or produce the most common variant. You will find Gen 2 Misty and Nabooru similarly difficult for these reasons; both are overshadowed by other variants and extracting them without the help of a LoRA is damn near impossible. Asking for Zelda in most models will produce something like the bob-cut BoTW Zelda rather than OoT, TP, or another.
