Who cares. Mental illness and sexual perversity are often the same thing and always have the same roots. The place for them is inside lunatic asylums or in prisons perhaps on psych wards or not, w/e. The idea is treating them but that is secondary and only counts towards the #1 and only real priority the protection of the innocent from them.
