A lot of trannies are like this. It's part of their trans identity. It's a form of dissociation in which they project their negative traits onto some aspect of themselves that they think they shed.
It's incredibly common with these types to be the most vocal about trans optics and the great irony is that they're always categorically the worst kinds for it.
Something I've noticed over the years, and maybe this is true for every group, is that trannies have absolutely zero clue when it comes to trans optics and why they are perceived the way they are, who's at fault, and what needs to be done.
It's a very odd thing to witness.
