Eh, its also that anyone with a brain can see that most jobs arent hiring on a livable wage. The screwed up thing is that some jobs over 20 bucks an hour. Sounds good right? Well after taxes you get to take home 16 bucks of that. Then on top of that, most places don't hire full time so you get to work 3 days for 5 hours a day.
At the end of the day you're taking home around 300 bucks a week. You have to wage slave at a job thats usually miserable for 300 bucks a week. That money then gets stretched thin on food, bills, and living expenses and at the end of the day you're one bad day away from having nothing because you certainly arent building a safety net with that. Its just not worth it.
